Peoples Bank is temporarily offering several programs to support families and businesses facing financial hardship or loss due to flooding in Whatcom, Skagit, and Island County.

90-Day Loan Payment Deferral

Loan assistance is available to our current borrowers affected by the recent Whatcom and Skagit flooding. To learn more about payment relief options for home loans, consumer loans, and marine loans, please email [email protected] with your name and phone number, and a bank officer will follow up with you. 

Personal Recovery Loan

An unsecured, no fees, zero-interest loan option. 0.00% APR*. Loans up to $5,000. Maximum term is 18 months. No payments for 90-days, followed by a maximum repayment term of 15 months.

*Annual Percentage Rate (APR).  Subject to credit approval.  Sample monthly payment for $5,000 with a repayment term of 15 months at 0.00% would be $333.33.  This example assumes all payments are made on time.  An automatic payment from a Peoples Bank account is required.  Applicants must reside in Whatcom, Skagit, or Island County.  Offer expires on February 28, 2022. This offer is subject to change and may be discontinued at any time without notice.
